Some sites need frequent or time-intensive updates such as regular blog posts, content updates, extensive SEO strategy, frequent photo editing and placement, etc. If any of these scenarios applies to your needs, please select a discounted plan below or reach out and we can discuss a retainer plan to cover all of your needs!
The point of a retainer plan is to: 1) compliment a Maintenance Plan, 2) to allow time to complete any updates you request, and/or 3) to allow your web developer the freedom to make updates and improvements for you if you don’t want to think about it! All at a discount! Win-win!

All WordPress Retainer Subscription Plan links above will open in PayPal. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time through your PayPal account. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the term paid but in some circumstances pro-rated amounts can be used toward other web site services.
MULTIPLE WEB SITES? If client desires, time can be used on multiple web sites owned by client.
RETAINER PLANS ARE FOR CLIENT-REQUESTED UPDATES: These plans are designed to allow for time to implement client requests for updates to a WordPress site (i.e. content changes or blog posts, etc.)… and/or to allow your developer time to make changes/updates based on client’s goals (i.e. SEO, Google Business Listing; scheduled blog posts, etc.).
RETAINER PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE MAINTENANCE: These plans DO NOT include WordPress monthly maintenance and security. Please ALSO add a maintenance plan which covers “under-the-hood” types of tasks that the client does not request.
Set-Up Fee: There is a one-time $99 set up fee to onboard client details and allow time to discuss goals and strategy for client’s site.
Support Requests: to maximize your allotted time, send support requests or content changes via email. Phone calls and video conferencing can add considerable time to your monthly allotment so emails are encouraged.
Service requests that exceed the allotted time: Any time required to complete client requested tasks that go over the allotted monthly retainer, will be billed at $99/hour less the plan’s discounted rate. If you foresee consistently going over your allotted time, consider jumping up to a higher retainer plan as those hours are more deeply discounted.
Unused time: Unused time for client-requested tasks does not roll over to the next month. However, developer will fill in time left with SEO or other site improvements.
